The mek1 is generally not used. since it is used to create a condition record for the pricing procedure for the purchasing(PO).

The FV11 is condition record used for udating the condition records for excise duties, sales tax in the TAX Procedure,

MEK1 / MEK31 is used for Creating Condition Records of condition types which falls under Pricing Procedure.

FV11 is only used to Create Excise Condition records of condition types which falls under TAX Procedure TAXINN.

Hi

FV11 is used to Create Excise Condition records for Tax codes to work which falls under TAX Procedure TAXINN.

After TAXINN config we have to maintain condition record in FV11 then only the tax code will work.

But the

MEK1 is used for Creating Condition Records which falls under Pricing Procedure. The amount we maintain in MEK1, that get defaulted in PO but you can over rite that
