Disable Change Option to PR which has PO already

Hi Expert,

I want to set up that the PR cannot be edit/change after a PO has been raised against it..

Is there any way to accomplish this?

Nothing std I'm aware of, though if you have Release Strategy you can assign a Field Selection to your Release Indicator that prevents update of fields e.g. on final release.

you can set the message 06076 "Materials of requisition & item & alr. ordered in full" to error. This will as well prevent a user from using a PR a second time.

Hi,

The scenario is that the user tend to add new line item (item 20) in the same PR after the PR has been approved and a PO is raised against that PR (line item10).

Though i have use the indicator to reset the release strategy for any increase in qty or amount..

Still..am looking for a way that the user will not have any option to change/edit PR which is already approved and a PO was raised.

Setting this message 06076 to error will not solve my requirement. Thanks
