SRM 5.0 Approval Preview Applet not working

Hello,

When raising a shopping cart the graphic for adding the approver does not appear. We can still add the approver by choosing view as table but the graphical view just gives us a grey box. We have just patched from SAPKIBKT12 to SAPKIBKT15 and I have checked that the templates SAPLBBP_PDH_WFL_100 have the same status in our dev and QA systems. Everything still works in QA and production.

Any Ideas?

did your JVM is running fine. this could be reason the Applet is not working..

Hi

The settings for the PC can be found under control panel(classic view) - Java plug in - Browser(tab) and select the browser you are using in our case Microsoft IE.

Note you need admin rights to the PC. It has been left to our network admin guys to work out a roll out.

After much searching and trial and error it would appear that there is a setting on each pc that tells it that the java plug in is the default Java runtime for the browser in our case Internet explorer. NB the error did not occur using firefox.

But can you tell me where to find these settings in IE?

We're experiencing the same issue after upgrading to SP15.
