Deleting an active quota arrangement

Hello all,

Have a query with quota arrangement.

Have a situation where we have a quota against a material for a certain period with a particular vendor which is incorrect.

So when we try deleting that quota the system restricts us by throwing up a message " Quota active and splitting is set against the lot size"

Can some one help in deleting the same.
