leaving action

Dears,

after the leaving action for an employee , i want the system to forbid any changes in the employee master data and also time data ... how can i do this ?

assumeing that you dont want to have permissibility to change or to edit the Master data infotypes of an employee who left the organisation right if yes

Go to SM30 V_T582A select your infotype and go to details in that General attributes check Main after leave feild that may help you for this purpose

you shd not Delimit infotypes which have the TC 1

Hi Kathy_Adam,

Use Operation DIS to Infotype 0001(Only Display) in Infogroup while configuring Actions. Operation LIS9 to Infotypes 8, 9, 14, 15, 2001, 2002, 2006, etc., and any other infotypes you want to maintain.

DIS - to display infotypes

LIS9 - to delimit infotypes.
