Error : DYNPRO_SEND_IN_BACKGROUND while releasing the Order from CRM to ECC

Hi,

When I release the sales order from CRM to ECC, I am getting one run time error in Outbound queue saying "DYNPRO_SEND_IN_BACKGROUND". Till yesterday, there was no such error. Today only I am facing this error. I am nt getting why suddenly this error is coming.

Please let me knw the reason behinf and the solution.

Hello Sandeep,

The data transfer between CRM and ECC is done via RFC call, which is a background processing.

During background process, it is not allowed to call screens, or issue a pop up.

Please check in your ECC system, whehter you have your own coding which is trying to issue a pop up/
