Number of Reports used by Client in R3 Production System...

Hi All,

Is there any way to find out what the report used by client in R3, like by Z* i can find the custom reports but how to find out what standard reports are being used (only the used reports) by the client in production environment & also the table name where i can found all the available reports in R3.
