Hi Experts,
Is there any way of handling multiple credit cards in Travel management for one employe for the same period. If yes then please also let me know how does that effect accounts payable.

Yes Srinivas.
You can import the file through PRCC. Actually the TXT file which we upload through PRCC has a different combination with personal no and the Credit card no. So different credit card will be having different entries with same personal no.
When system upload the transactions it check the credit card assigned to which personal no and upload the transactions to useru2019s buffer.

You can maintain multiple credit cards for any particular user. You can create multiple entries for same period in Info type 0105 subtype 0011.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes I know that we can maintain multiple credit card details in HR master record. But my issue is when the employee travels and uses 2 credit cards for any reason(Lost), how can I import the credit card data of multiple credit data into travel management. Can we do this through PRCC transaction?
