Sequence 0 operation not found in order 800000036870, check entry

Hi experts,

I am facing the problem first time. when I go for order confirmation at operation through CO11n then as i enter the order number system gives me the error Sequence 0 operation not found in order 800000036870, check entry.

Dear Anil,

which version of SAP your using

in 4.7 we need to input operation number as 10

where as in ECC 6.0 system will automatically determine the first operation number

Also i find that in table AFRU, there is many confirmation's for 1 Order Number. When i insert 1 confirmation number for that order, after that display the related data.

Please confirm that there should be more than 1 confirmation have, for 1 order number.

Plz guide..

Dear,

For an order can have n number of confirmations.

Go to confirmation T. Code like CO11n here enter the order number and operation number and confirmed it system will generate the confirmation number Or go to CO15 here enter the order number and do the confirmation.

Your initial query is different form query you posted to our replies

As per your initial query what is replied is correct ( it is regrding operation number )

Now as ur latest query it is confirmation number

Yes one order can have different confirmation numbers

Just check in CO14 or COOIS

in COOIS in list make it as confirmations & execute

Hi Anil,

Check what you have given in the Operation and sequence field in CO11N t code, it may be wrong so system gives that error. Give correct operation number.
