Allowing Negative Annual leave balance

Hi Experts,

Currently, when employee apply Annual Leave (0100), system checks against IT0005 available balance. If IT2001-leave days exceed IT0005-available balance, the leave application will be rejected

Need to allow IT2001 to update the leave with warning message.
