I registered for the Certification while i was working in my previous company. Somehow i put down my papers in that organization and was serving my Notice period. After my last day at that company, i appeared for certification and cleared it. I was unaware that i had to inform SAP about my changing of Company.Promptly i called up couple of days after my certification and requested for the certificate to be delivered at my new office adress. When asked the reason, i told them the complete thing. Now they deny giving my Certificate and they say they wud make it invalid or else i have to pay more money for some processing. Any idea on what would be the charges? do i have to take the exam once more? how can they make itinvalid when i produced them all the testimonials at the pointof registration? or do i have to apply for a new S user id paying extra?
