crystal prompt

Hi ,

I have question?.....

I have created a report in crystal reports 2008 by using SAP data..

I have applied prompt for the report...

its working well.. with the selected data...

now I want all the data to be presented in report , if I have not select any of the prompt..

plz help me...

Hi Mahesh,

Make the prompts optional and when prompted select the option 'Set to Null'. That brings all the data into the report.
