ERP6 IDES EHP4 fresh installation

Hi,

We need to Install ERP6.0 IDES with EHP4 fresh installation.I have downloaded all the IDES software

My Company's Application Components >SAP ERP-> SAP ERP ENHANCE PACKAGE > EHP4 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 / NW7.01

IDES Version-->Windows Server

My question is can I directly Install ERP6.0 IDES with EHP4 with Installation master 'sapint.exe' ? Or do i need to go through solution manager down xml file and etc..

advice the steps..
