I would like to have a functionality to view the PCR form from completed task. It works very well i.e. launches with details (We did XML configuration) when the form is sent to approval task. After the task is approved it goes into completed task. If I click the completed task the form is not launched. It just shows the task details i.e. just date and time.
How do we enable the linkage such a way the PCR can be called from completed task? I understand the notification tab can be used to track completed items. But we expect anyone would be able to view the details from their completed tasks also.
We are using WS50000031 workflow to get this 2 tier approval.
I expect these kinds of requests are applicable to any business process (not restricted to PCR only) If you have used in any business processes please let me know.
