Problem with Graph Options in KPI Details Screen

Good Night

When I navigate into KPI Details screen almost everything works fine But there is a problem when I try to use the Graph Options in the KPI Details - There is no option appearing and Graph section is blank !

In IE7 a warning message appears hidden with the text : Chart Mode not defined

The strange is that Graph works in the Report section but does NOT work in KPI Details Why should not this option appears ?

Hi Bob,

Sorry I was absent yesterday here in my job

In fact all KPIs are facing the same problem. I suspect of some problem with software installation , cause there are consistent data in our database ( we are staritng our migration tests )

What happens is that all this options ( Actual vs Target, Drill, and Comparision ) AND the option Create Associated Report DOES NOT appear in my screen

The only option that appears it is Graph Options ( with the situation described )

The screen below this option where the graphic should appears remains in blank

The only section where this kind graphic appears is in the report section ( it means - graphic is Ok and installed )

Any idea ?

Is this for all of your KPIs? You might check your Model Connections in the Administrator interface to make sure you are linked to the model. You may also want to check that the data has been loaded into the model and consolidated.

If you look at the Scorecard Overview section, are you getting data showing up in the Actuals and Targets there?

I know you are also working with Support. You will be asked to supply some files to support so they can try to reproduce your problem on their environment.

One question, is this just one KPI that is causing this problem? Or do you get this for all your KPIs?

Correcting :

A blank section appears in the position and this options doesn't appear and a warning message hidden in IE7 as described in my last message

So you can see a chart below Actual vs Target, data in the Drill section, and a chart below Comparison, but when you click on Graph Options you get the error? When clicking the Graph Options, the expected outcome is for a pop-up window to open with two tabs for designing the graph.

If you click on Create Associated Report in KPI Details, do you get the information displayed in Reports?

Are you saying that you are not seeing any graph when you are in the KPI Details section with the default Actual vs Target showing?
