How can I get from Crystal Reports version 11.0.0.1282 to version 11.0.0.2495?

The programmer who is guiding me through a major upgrade on our database says that I must use Crystal Reports version 11.0.0.2495 after the upgrade. The programmer is adamant that no other version will work properly. I had my zone manager order the specific version for me but when I installed it, the version numbers donu2019t match.

What can be done?

Install the Service Packs, SP4 should bring it up to 11.0.0.2495. 11.0 is Crystal Reports XI Release 1.
