Hi experts,
we're running CRM 7.0 and want to set up a web shop. I looked for installation / configuration guides, but i did only find documents for CRM 4.0 (SAP Solution Manager -> Business Process Repository). I'm interested in all parts of the installation / configuration progress. Perhaps you can give me some hints where to look?
Answer will be regarded with points!
Thanks, Benjamin
Hi,
In Development & Exten Guide" try to find section Software Component Architecture of the CRM or Extended Ecommerce Java Applications
Here you will find which SCA files you need to deploy for ECC/ERP and CRM backend.
Once you deploy require SCA files you will be able to access standard B2B, B2C, IPC and Shop Admin web application.
Then you have to setup XCM settings. (Functional Person can help yo in this)
For development purpose you need to create Track in NWDI.

1. Install the CRM 7.0 Java Components - You can find the installation document from /instguides in Service Marketplace. Get the Java installation guides.
https://websmp103.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700001891062008E .
Search for E-Commerce to get all the major steps required to install the E-Commerce application.
Install TREX. Configure TREX services in Java Stack
Start E-Commerce applications - for example E-Commerce BB, start the app crm~b2b (also shopadmin, useradmin, ipc, ipcpricing etc). Usually they are all started with the NW server by default.
Configure the application - using XCM.(admin modules). XCM configuration requires the input from the functional team.
If there is plan to integrate the E-Commerce application through the Portal, then involve Portal team to install the Business packages in Portal and configure.
