As i configured Help Desk successfully. Now my client want to see as tickets as per Module wise.
Like..Suppose end users are raised tickets ..
1. HR related tickets should show different in Tx-code-- S_SMC_47000017
2. MM related tickets should show different in Tx-code-- S_SMC_47000017
3. PP related tickets should show different in Tx-code-- S_SMC_47000017
So on
Any configuration for this. Can we do in Tx- code BP.
Any Idea?
