workflow will send the Document for review to reviewer on status transition

Hi Gurus,

I have a requirement for this DMS workflow. The requirement is as follows

Have to create a ztable for the authorizatio purpose to get the agents to approv the worklfow

Create workflow WS92000002, which will send notification to reviewers on the document status change to RR (Request Review). Read the Reviewers name from the ztable against Document type (Standard) and Owner from Document Number First 3-Character and document Number.

Actually this Workflow is it WS92000002, a standard workflow and as my company don't has aany functional consultant need to know the steps for the configuration of the workflow.

This workflow is a custom workflow. The number cannot be controlled as long as you define the prefix number accordingly.

You have to make use of Business Object DRAW to use in your workflow.

The event triggering can be done from SWEC using Changedocument Object DOKUMENT.
