Reg: Alternative for running RSEOUT00

Hi all,

I have created an outbound program and when I run it i get the status message 30. Then I have to go to report 'RSEOUT00' and give the required parameters and run that report. And finally I am getting the status message as '03'.

Is there any other alternative or any configuration steps to avoid this explicit running of report. If yes please tell me the steps to follow to achieve my desired result.
