Modify the PO from multiple line items to single line item.....

Hi,

I have created a Project-non stock (account assignment P) PR with multiple line items and then based on this requisition PO has been created.

But now i want to put the PO value against single line items and delete the rest on the items. But while doing so system is throwing an error message sayeng the "WBS budget exceeded".

Can anybody clarify why am i getting this error meassage?

Hi Kumar,

PO all line item deleted and save. Now your PR opened.

In ME21N create PO in one line item with WBS and SAVE. Your problem will be solve.

Hi,

1st delete the line items , otherwise Po value will accumalate with oneline item plus rest of all line item values. it exceed the project (WBS cost)

so,better delete the line items and save then again go back to add value in one line item.

Hi Aakansha,

Have you tried first deleting the lines. Saving the PO and then modifing first line?
