1. For many users, if you run HRALXSYNC report it shows the
Error messages,
Business partner for user '***' is not an employee
(BBP_UM_UI 067) the position of the userid is not related
to any org. BP relation is maintained. This is the inconsistent
status. The user need to corrected here.
User *** is not integrated into organization structure.
SU01 user is not connected to any position. This is not a
inconsistent status
This error message is due to the positions
associated with that userid is not connected to any organization.
2. You might have tried to move the position as mentioned in the note
1024258.
The position is physically removed (deletion of the position assignment)
But still hold the BP relation. Ie., BP relation won#t be deleted.
This is actually inconsistent status. With this inconsistency if you
try to assign the position to another org.
there will be more consistency.
Solution for this status,
1. Implement the note 1024258, this will avoid this kind
of inconsistencies in future.
How to retrive the current defective users.
1. Currently the users (position associated with the userid)
are not connected to any org. in PPOMA_BBP.
But there is an entry in BP relation.
2. Find out the org. related to that relation.
3. Note down the position id of the user
4. Open PPOMA_BBP , search for that organization
5. Assign the position to the organization and SAVE.
6. Now open again the PPOMA_BBP , and search for the organization
From that organization remove the assignment of the position and SAVE.
7. Now Check the BP relation, this shouldn#t show any relation entries.
8. Now the user is consistent and assigns the position of the
userid to the required organization.
