Hi Experts,

I want to take print out for two GL accounts in FBL3N, both accounts have nearly 10 line items only, but they are coming in three pages. Two pages for two accounts and third one is for summary amount. If I want to take print out only in one page, how it is possible ?

What all the settings I have to check?

Regards

Dear Murali,

Hello.

Please check settings on "Line items" tab in transaction "FB00".

You can find radio button to select "ALV classic list" or "ALVgrid control".

Please set radio button to "ALV classice list".

And then, plese execute FBL3N. Please click "Sort in ascending order" or "Sort in decending order".

You can see field "NG" field which controls "page feed".

If you change it, you can print it without "page feed".

Hi murali,

execute the report in background so that a spool will get create. Goto SP01 and select your spool number goto menu bar

Goto --> Display Request --> Settings , from here you can select the number of pages you want to print.

Hi Narayana,

Thank you very much for your efforts.

But here issue is not selection of the printing pages which i required.

E.g. 1. I have selected two GL accounts in FBL3N to print

2. Both GL accounts have less than ten line items.

System can print these two accounts in one page, but it is taking three pages(2 pages for two accounts and 1 page for summary totals).

How can i print in one page these accounts?

I hope you understand my issue.

Hi

download that report into your system through spread sheet from your screen, from there you customise your report into number of pages you want. then go for printout.

Hi Narayana,

Thanks for your reply.

But every time this is not possible, there should be some standard solution in SAP itself. As a SAP consultant we can't give this solution to the users.
