SAP Conversion Server

Hi,

I'm looking for this tool and as mentioned in the wiki http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/PLM/Conversion+Server, the localization to download is ftp://sapserv3.wdf.sap-ag.de/general/misc/converter. This link is not working for me.

Can anybody post the actual link to download it?
