deletion flag

dear all,

i have mark deletion flag to a material respect to storage location.

i test it by creting PO against the materials with storage location which i mark for deletion, system shows no error message.

i need error message for the same.

please do the needful.

Definitely it will show warning message on entering storage location in p.o,

If it is change it to warning message change it to error message using customizing.

Hi,

System will not control the st.location in the PO.But when u r going to post the GRN for that PO on that time only system through the message The material master record V has been flagged for deletion.

HI,

Did u mark deletion flag to a material for plant , storage location by MM06.

This is working at the time of PO creation it will throw a error message

Material xxxxxxxxxxxx flagged for deletion.

it is pretty amezing i have check in my side also ,,,, i have put tick mark on material, plant, storage location.

Check error message

Material 1000000035 flagged for deletion

Message no. ME051

Check 00 ME 051 Material & flagged for deletion E

Run OLME>Environment Data>Define Attributes of System Messages

but this error will only activate when mark for deletion is on plant level not stores level.
