No configuration yet maintained for material FL3300050S

Hi,

In CU42 screen we created profile for a material (FL3300050).

In CS02 screen we defined BOM for a material (FL3300050) and we assigned another material(FL3300050S) to its profile.

And we are still facing with error in the ME21N screen as" No configuration yet maintained for material FL3300050S"

How can I fix this issue?
