503 XI error

Dear experts,

In a idoc to file scenario,we are getting 503 error.This message is coming only for two idocs.Rest are been successful.

On atempting to restart in SXI_MONI situation remains same.We tried to trigger them fresh ,still problem remains as

such.

What could be the reason ?

503 error usually comes when the application server is not able to take the load.

This might be due to a high number of message flow or locked resources.

Try to restart the server to release all resources. Also check the sizing of the sever

Yes,when we are individually trying to post records ( in fragments ),it works.

Does it mean server sizing needs to be done ?

yes. Its always better to have the infra / basis team size your server

in sxmb_moni, open the mesage. In the inbound payload node, go to SOAP header -> Runtime.

There you will find the required details

I will be able to determine that way, incase message has reached successfully at XI.What when it fails due to large size ?
