final issue indicator

Dear PS gurus,

Structure (material) was set as "final issue" in network activity. As a consequence of this reservation for this material disappeared. Confirmation of activities is done through CN25 transaction.

Can we check who set the flag final issue ? What action (= by SAP transaction) can set this flag ?

I don't think it's possible to set the Final Issue indicator through MM transaction, you can only do it from PS transaction (eg: CJ20N, CN22) because the reservations for NWA are created automatically

This indicator can be set automatically or manually. It is set automatically when the total reserved quantity has been withdrawn completely.

Yes i come to know that it can be set maually or by the system automatically when GI is done,

but my question is Can we check who set the flag final issue ?

Hi,

It can update through the MM Txn Goods Issue (MIGO), where the final issue indicator is there in reservation tab. If we indicate the final issue indicator to short close the reservation the same will reflect in the project structure.
