Dunning not capturing customers

Hi,

The Dunning run is not capturing the customers as expected.

We have checked the settings and the dunning procedure and other settings are correct in the customer master.

Is there any reason , why then the dunning run is not taking the line items of the customers which are overdue..Also, there is no dunning block on these customers..
