Current ITS of User attribute

Hi,

We have SRM3.0 with EBP 4 version.

We are doing a server change thus the IP address & URL will change.

while creating shopping carts the approval email sent to the manager carries the link of the ITS,

I would like to know where do we need to make the change so that all such mails will get updated.

Hi,

Please check the attribute ITS_DEST in PPOMA_BBP transaction.

Also check the table entries of TWPURLSVR.

Hello ,

There is a possibility that the ITS server URL is not configured

properly.

The value of 'ITS' is taken from the attribute ITS_DEST in transaction

PPOMA_CRM. Please make sure that this attribute is maintained and that

it is in the following format:

http://<server>:<port>/scripts/wgate/

example: http://abcde.sap-ag.de:1080/scripts/wgate/
