Error message "No extraction structure active or no BW connected",

Hi

I'm getting error message "No extraction structure active or no BW connected", while refilling

restructure table for the datasource "2LIS_11_VAITM".

1. After deleting restructure table, I tried to refill restructure table. I 'm getting this error.

please help me on this.
