I have download the LSOFE support package 16 and 17 twice, but the error is still the same. The support packages SAR files are:

K-60016INLSOFE.SAR

K-60016INLSOFE.SAR.1

K-60017INLSOFE.SAR.1

K-60017INLSOFE.SAR

Is this right? What can I do?

Thanks and best regards,

Ana.

Dear Ana,

The owner for user/trans must be <sid>adm.

I hope this is the main cause of your error.

Hello Abhishek,

My system is Windows2008 SP1, and the previous support packages go ok without any error.

Thanks and regards,

Ana

Your SAPCAR is too old, download the latest one and try again.

Hello,

We have downloaded the support package for four times, and at the last it has finished. I think it was a consistency problem of the file.

Thanks to all.

Ana.

HElo Markus, I thought it worked, but it was a remote desktop mistake. I have downloaded the last SAPCAR release, and it hasn't resolved the problem. The message error is still the same.

My SAPCAR is SAPCAR_3-20002092, for kernel 720.

Thanks and regards,

Ana.
