Hi,
1) Asset history report - Provides all the details of asset transactions that happened as on date (A Past oriented report).
2) Depreciation Simulation Report - As the title indicates, it provides forecasted depreciation based on current APC, accumulated depreciation and depreciation parameters (A future oriented report).

Hi Gengis,
Asset History report S_ALR_87012075 is used the display the history associated with an asset which include:
Master Data, Changes to Master Data, Asset values (depreciation, APC, book value), documents posted against the assets, depreciation areas and terms (ex: book depreciation, cost depreciation) and long texts.
Asset Simulation report gives you the forecast of asset depreciation for a particular report. The report which we use is AFAB in test run to simulate depreciation for a period and Depreciation simulation report S_ALR_87012936 which has the option to simulate monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly.
Hope this answers your question.

Hi Gengis,
Yes. Asset History gives you details of all the movements of the assets. The report can be limited to the assets by entering parameters otherwise the report gives details of all assets.
You can only view the report if Manage Historically is checked in General Tab of Asset Master.
Hope this answers your question.
