Bex queries and BO Xcelsius

When implementing BO, is it possible now to develop reports directly from the InfoProviders without using the BEx queries as sources?

Is it recommended to use the BEx queries as sources for the Universes when implementing BO reports using Xcelsius?

What is SAP's recommendation at this time - use Bex queries as sources to BO or integrate BO directly to the InfoProviders?

Hello,

Yes, possible with Bex queries are source for universe creation and also that is better option than universe creation from Infocube.
