Hi Gurus
Please help me to solve this case,
For Service request/Incident, I can set SLAs for that, through create service profile, response profile and assign to investigation. However, when I do the same with Complaint transaction, it not works. I don't know where the error happens or SAP CRM standard configuration does not support set SLA for complaint? because as I see that in Complaint transaction, there is no Service level agreement block to assign Service profile and Response profile.
Please help me to solve this issue,

Your requested functionality does not exist in the standard for complaints business transaction.
Consider the attached documentation for
Service Level Agreements (SLA)
for the supported objects for SLA.
