Can not regenerate Vacation accrual for an employee

Hello folks;

My HR department ran into a problem with an employee. About 6 months ago an HR person made an Organizational reassignment for an employee. From that day (Sept. 28, 2009) the employee stopped accruing vacation time.

This was not found out untill today, so the HR personel corrected the Org. Reassignment Action, then they went to the PT60 screen to reapply all of this employee's missing vacation accrual time (using the TQTA Eval. Schema). PT60 runs fine, no errors, but when I go to PT50 and look at his accrual info, there is nothing ... not one hour of accrual from the day he was hired!

The employee already has taken 56 hours of vacation many months ago and is now -16 hours over his Negative Deduction Limit ... could this be causing the reaccrual of vacation hours to fail?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
