Month End Accrual Didn't Create

For our last payroll period in 2009, pay period 26 2009, month end accruals did not calculate. In looking in the IMG under MEA, I noticed that under the node - Set Latest Document Creation Date for Payroll Periods, there is an extraneous entry. There is an entry for PP 27 2009. We only had 26 pay periods in 2009.

Could this extraneous entry cause the month end accruals not to calculate in PP 26 2009? If so why? In not why not?
