S/4HANA - BP Fields not displayed

In BP we are missing the shipping condition and default delivery plant fields, and they are also marked as required entries. All config (Preparations for Creating Customer Master Data) details are correct, yet the fields are not shown. We do receive error messages in BP stating they need to be completed, but alas they are not there...

Has anybody else experienced this yet in S/4HANA?

Nevermind, I found the place - SPRO -> Financial Supply Chain Management -> Treasury & Risk Management -> Basic Functions -> SAP Business Partner for Financial Service -> General Settings --> Business Partner --> Basic Settings -> Field Grouping -> Configure Field attributes per BP role

Hi Gianmaria,

I hope you are doing well? Since we resolved the issue with the missing fields, we have now got the issue that the field (shipping conditions) is greyed-out, and I was wondering if you have also experienced this and if so, how it can be resolved? We looked at all the normal places with regards to account group etc. but cannot get this field to be available for input. I've also tried in vain online to see if anybody has a similiar problem, without finding a solution.

Hi Gianmaria,

No news as yet, and we are still experiencing the issue. We have however moved forward a bit. The correct place for this config is as follows:

Cross-Application Components - SAP Business Partner - Business Partner - Basic Settings - Screen Configuration - Configure Screens, then select Sales Area-Dependent Screens - Roles - CVI: Customer

Error message received as follows in Business Client "Error occurred when calling VCT method Load". We have all the latest OSS notes implemented wrt this error, and still cannot get to the root cause. In SAP GUI 7.5 PL6 the system just freezes, no error message.

We have not logged a message with SAP as yet, but seems the best course of action for now.
