Every month, I update one of our reports with new graphics and writing. For some reason today, anytime I attempt to insert a picture to the report, an error pops up and says "Crystal Reports has stopped working", and the whole program shuts down. I am only using .PNG files and I even resized them to be less than 100 KB. It won't work with black and white or color photos, and I even tried using the photo that worked last month. That no longer works either. Help!
