hi, how to disable approver check for leave request

I want to create a leave request via ess, but there is always a message says that it needs next approver, can you tell me how to disable approver check for leave request ?

for the absence type you can use V_T554s_web where you can not to enter next agent

But there should be a valid approver available all the time if you use WF

You can determine via BADI or rule group
