Service ticket is opening as Service order


Hi Friends,

I logged in as IC_Agent and confirmed one accoount and created service ticket and saved. When i want to change that service ticket, i will search that ticket in Inbox or Interaction history and select that, and it is opening as service order instead of service ticket. I think navigation is wrong. Is there any config settings for this.
