Defining a Substitute During a Useru2019s Absence in the Manager Self-Service

Dear Experts.

I want know if with funcionality standard in the Manager Self Service when a Manager is absent ie Vacations, He/She can put a substitute as responsable for a while.?

I found the following document:

But this is created in the R/3. And I want know if the Manager in the MSS can do this in the portal.
