Internal Error -101

While Viewing the PLDs in the server I am getting these error....

1. Internal Error -101

2. Message -131 -183

But these PLDs is openinng in the client-system easily.

Plz help me ASAP

hi

u are getting this message becaasue the printer is not coonected on network please connect the printer and ur problem would be resolved

Mentioned error will occur when printer is not properly connected with network / else not configured in particular system.
