WBS as settlement rule

Hi Experts

We are using WBS as settlement rule. WBS is inherited from functional location, just standard and normally this is fine u2013 but in some cases it is not.

Now to my question:

Is it possible to customize a specific order type that donu2019t inherited WBS from FL but leave WBS fields on WO blank and then allow the user to enter this manually?
