RSA3 extractor check not showing data source 2LIS_12_VCITM field LFSTK

Hi,

I have added the field LFSTK into 2LIS_12_VCITM extractor structure from pool (right side) to selection criteria (left side) on LBWE using maintenance structure. This newly added field is not showing up value on RSA3 extractor check. I have deleted and refilled the setup table also. Any Idea why LFSTK field value is not showing on RSA3 extractor check for data source 2LIS_12_VCITM?

Your input will be appreciated.

Can anybody know in which LIS table( S-table) this LFSTK(delivery status) field gets stored.

Hi,

Follow the steps:

1. Delete the data in Setup tables and LBWQ and RSA7 for 2LIS_12_VCITM.

2. Goto LBWE and configure the datasource 2LIS_12_VCITM as per your requirement and then Activate it and uncheck the HIDE option for newly added fields in LBWE and then activate it.

3. Fill the setup tabels and then check the Data in RSA3 for 2LIS_12_VCITM.

Note: Some times eventhuogh the data is there but it won't fetch, so in this case you need to write code in CMOD to populate the data to that field LFSTK. It is very rare case.

I unchecked all the checkboxes in RSA6. Still I am cluless about it.

Hi,

all the things which u are performaed are OK

when u are moved that object pool to extraction structuer by default it is in Hide condition so in RSA6 u are unchecked the Hide button of that object.

once again u delete the setup tables and fill for the entire data source and check it in RSA3

may be once again we did not fill the setuptables.

after moving that filed directly u are checking adata at RSA3.

once again fill the setup tables and check the data.

Yes data is there in the VBUK table also.

I think it would be better if you can debug the datasource and check.

Hi Stephen,

In RSA6, apart from 'Hide' field, you have another option called 'field only'. Just see if it is checked. If yes, un-check it and try extracting again.

I unchecked the "HIDE" field through RSA6 also. And the field is also appearing in RSA3 extraction, but field value is not coming. Kindly suggest.

I think this field is getting populated from VBUK table. Check whether you have data in that table.

Fine, but while saving datasource you have to delecte check in Hide tab for the added field.

I think you have not uncheck "HIDE" checkbox for the newly added field in the datasource. Just uncheck and see, it should come.
