Hi all,

I'm getting an error in rebate agreement. The error is "Internal error: T GKONP F KONDITION_ZUORDNEN I

MV13AF0K". When we try to open the rebate agreement in VBO2 or VBO3 we get this error.

The reason is the condition records are stored in KONH (Header table) and KONP table. But here some how one record is missing in KONP (item level) table. Due to this we are getting this error. Some changes are done in the rebate agreement. But since we are unable to open we can't find out. Please help me in understanding what exactly was deleted from rebate agreement. I tried to replicate the issue. But we just can set deletion indicator but we are unable to delete the line item.

Please help me in this.

Sorry for the trouble. If you could help me to find out what exactly was deleted in the rebate agreement because of which we are getting this error. It will be really of great help. So that we can make sure this won't happen again. Please help me in this as it is very critical.

Not sure what could have been deleted. Anyhow, execute AUT10, where you key in the related TCode like vbo2 and maintain From-To Date and execute. System will give the required details.

Can you please help me out in finding the delivery class of the condition record which is mentioned in the OSS note. If I could replicate the issue. It will be really helpful for me. Please help in this. Thanks in advance

Hi Lakshmipathi,

The message number is 067. Message class VK. They have used this message to abort the program (A067). So it will give the pop up when we try to open the rebate agreement and exit from the program.

Check any of the following notes:-

a) 369013

b) 105630

c) 309510

But if you go through note 33131, it says for error "T GKONP F KONDITIONZUORDNEN I_

MV13AF0K" which is not a good news for you.

It says

Solution

There is no solution.

It is not allowed to transport condition records or sales documents. Condition records and sales documents have delivery class 'A'. This means that transporting of condition records (and sales documents) is NOT SUPPORTED BY SAP.

If you transport condition records, this may have very unpleasant effects.

For example, a condition record for a material price may be used as a tax percentage rate for price determination.
