How can we restrict the authorization for movement type 309 in MIGO to a specific user?

Hi,

in other words, you have to create a SAP role (PFCG Tcode) for eg. transaction MIGO. Here under above mentioned authorization objects (i.e. M_MSEG_BWA and also: M_MSEG_LGO, M_MSEG_BMB) you have to assign those material movements numbers, that user can use in the system. Additionally you have to mark which activities can be done for those movements.

Next this role has to be assigned to user.

I would go this way.
