Printing in SAP B1 8.8

Dear All,

When trying to print any document from SAP B1 8.8 PL8, it directly goes to default printer and is not asking for printer selection screen. kindly assist.

Hi Pritesh ,

Goto the PLD Setting of that Print Layout .

Goto Print Layout Designer -- > Document Properties --> Paper Format .

Now in the Field Printer : do not choose anything make it blank .

Have already checked in Display Document Properties. Printer is set to default, it cannot be blank.

Hi Pritesh ,

Goto Administration --> System Initialization --> Print preferences

Goto to Per document Tab

And untick the Prind document checkbox .

Hi Ashish,

Print Document is already unticked and this check box will when ticked will print the documet as soon as added. Issue here is when trying to print after selecting the document and also after preview normally a printer window opens wherein we select the printer but in this case it is directly printing the document on the default printer for that machine.
