Crystal report server - want to move tomcat server on another machine

Hi,

At the moment, our client has Crystal report server installed on a server which is behind the firewall.

At the moment, for users to access reports published on Crystal report server, they need to first logon to Cisco VPN. The speed is slow. Our client is thinking of publishing reports on the dmz server that is outside the firewall.

The purpose is simply to allow user to access their reports conveniently. As they are in hospital industry, the access to their finance data is public and thus as long as we are using SQL user with only read access, it should be ok.

The question is:

- Instead of reinstalling the whole Crystal report server and reset up all the users, reports, access rights etc, is it possible to just move the tomcat server?

- is there anyone who can share your experience on how can that be implemented without restart from scratch?
