TWO Forms For ONE Document Type

As in the case where certain reports print a cover sheet with the criteria details before the report is printed, is there a way to either assign two forms to print for a particular document or even have the PLD be built with two pages in the same form design?

In our case we need the Delivery to print its Delivery Slip along with a custom document (custom document could very well be an existing form). We simply wish to print two pages of information relating to the same transaction.

Another example of two forms being printed is with the Payment Details being printed after an A/R Invoice.
